Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the handmade nature and intended use of Sunset Magic Studio products, returns are not accepted. A product may only be exchanged for a new unit of the same item in the event that it is defective. Any defect must be reported to the seller within the same week of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared in accordance with the buyer's requests and/or their clearly personal needs.

*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Conditions, period, and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the buyer/customer, or a third party designated by the buyer/customer, takes delivery of the goods. However, the buyer/customer may also exercise the right of withdrawal at any time between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.

g) Address, fax number, or email details for submitting a withdrawal notice:

Withdrawal notices may only be submitted via email. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer/customer.

ğ) Circumstances in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in accordance with the buyer's/customer's requests or personal needs, nor for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened by the buyer/customer after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for reasons of health and hygiene, such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and cups.

h) Legal remedies available in the event of a dispute:

For disputes arising in connection with a product order, complaints and objections may, pursuant to Article 68 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and effective as of 01/01/2023, be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) located in the buyer's/customer's place of residence or in the place where the purchase was made, for disputes valued below 66,000 TL. In localities where no Consumer Arbitration Committee exists, applications may be made to the relevant District Governor's Office (Kaymakamlık). For disputes valued above 66,000 TL, the relevant Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) have jurisdiction and authority.
